Điều 33. Trách nhiệm của Chủ đầu tư dự án
1. Chuẩn bị đầy đủ hồ sơ dự án và quy hoạch chi tiết xây dựng được duyệt để phục vụ việc thu hồi đất, giao đất, cho thuê đất, chuyển mục đích sử dụng đất.
2. Đối với chủ đầu tư được lựa chọn trước khi thu hồi đất, có trách nhiệm phối hợp với Tổ chức làm nhiệm vụ bồi thường, giải phóng mặt bằng trong việc thực hiện thu hồi đất, bồi thường, hỗ trợ và tái định cư; bố trí đủ và kịp thời về kinh phí để thực hiện việc giải phóng mặt bằng và kinh phí để thực hiện các nghĩa vụ tái chính theo quy định.
