- Các sản phẩm cung cấp cho Bên B được tính theo giá bán sỉ, do Bên A công bố thống nhất trong khu vực.

- Giá cung cấp này có thể thay đổi theo thời gian nhưng Bên A sẽ thông báo trước cho Bên B ít nhất là 10 ngày. Bên A không chịu trách nhiệm về sự chênh lệch giá trị tồn kho do chênh lệch giá nếu có xảy ra.
