Toàn tỉnh hiện có 53 cụm, tuyến dân cư giai đoạn 2 được xây dựng với tổng số 15.193 nền, tăng 962 nền so với kế hoạch.

Hiện có 47/53 cụm, tuyến đã hoàn thành công tác san lấp mặt bằng. Số hộ dân được xét duyệt bố trí nền là trên 14.000 hộ, đạt 92,81%. Đến nay có gần 11.300 hộ xây dựng nhà ở.
Qua thống kê của tỉnh, tổng vốn giải ngân chương trình là 967,176 tỷ đồng, đạt trên 95%. Công tác xét duyệt cho vay vốn xây dựng nhà trong cụm, tuyến dân cư giai đoạn 2 được các địa phương thực hiện tốt, đúng đối tượng. Đến nay, chưa phát hiện các trường hợp trùng lắp. Tổng số tiền đã vay xây dựng nhà ở là 186,195 tỷ đồng.
