Ban hòa giải gồm 3 chuyên gia pháp lý không phải là Cổ đông công ty hoặc người thân thuộc của bất cứ Công ty cổ đông nào có liên quan đến tranh chấp đó. Đại hội đồng Công ty cử ra các thành viên Ban hòa giải sau khi họ đồng ý bằng văn bản.
