Có trách nhiệm thay mặt Bên B nhận thanh toán tiền mua E-Voucher từ Khách Hàng, chuyển cho Bên B khoản tiền thu được từ E-Voucher đã sử dụng sau khi khi khấu trừ Khoản Phải Thu từ Bên B (“Công Nợ Phải Trả”) theo quy định ở Phụ Lục đính kèm. Theo đó, E-Voucher đã sử dụng là E-Voucher đã kích hoạt Mã E-Voucher theo quy định tại Hợp Đồng này và được Khách Hàng dùng để sử dụng Dịch Vụ của Bên B với điều kiện E-Voucher được Bên A kiểm tra là hợp lệ (“E-Voucher Đã Sử Dụng”).

Responsibility on behalf of Party B to get paid the money to buy the E-Voucher from the customer, transfer for the B side of the funds obtained from the E-Voucher used once when Receivables deduction from side B ("Liabilities") as specified in the attached Appendix. Accordingly, E-Voucher used is E-Voucher Code-enabled E-Voucher under the provisions of this Contract and are used to using the services of the B Party on condition that the E-Voucher is A Party check is valid ("E-Voucher used").
