Nghiên cứu chính thức: được thực hiện bằng phương pháp nghiên cứu định lượng để đo lường chất lượng dịch vụ tiệc cưới và sự hài lòng của khách hàng. Nghiên cứu này được thực hiện thông qua phỏng vấn trực tiếp với 220 thực khách đã từng tham dự tiệc cưới ở nhà hàng của công ty dịch vụ du lịch Phú Thọ. Bảng câu hỏi sau khi thảo luận và điều chỉnh hoàn tất đã được thực hiện điều tra tại TPHCM vào ngày 25 tháng 06 năm 2014.
