Nước thải phát sinh từ quá trình hoạt đọng của Công ty phải được thu gôm và xử lý đạt quy chuẩn kỹ thuật quốc gia QCVN 40”2011/BTNMT, cột B trước khi thải ra nguồn tiếp nhận.
Có biện pháp giảm thiểu và xử lý tịếng ồn, rung, khí thải phát sinh từ quá trình hoạt động sản xuất của công ty phải đảm bảo đạt quy chuẩn QCVN 05:2009/BTNMT, QCVN 06:2009/BTMMT, QCVN 26:2010/BTNMT, QCVN 27:2010/BTNMT.
Phân loại, lưu trữ hợp đồng với các đơn vị có chức năng để thu gôm,vận chuyển, xử lý chất thải thông thường và chất thải nguy hại theo qui định
Công ty có trách nhiệm báo cáo tình hình nhập khẩu phế liệu định kỳ 6 tháng/lần và sử dụng phế liệu nhập khẩu hàng năm của đơn vị theo mẫu phục lục số 06 kèm theo thông tư liên tịch số 34/2012/ttlt-bct-btnmt ngày 15/11/2012 của bộ công thương và bộ tài nguyên và môi trường.
