20.2 Địa chỉ nhận Thông Báo có thể được thay đổi vào bất kỳ thời điểm nào bằng thông báo bằng văn bản của các Bên.
ĐIỀU 21. CÁC QUY ĐỊNH KHÁC
21.1 Mọi sửa đổi của Hợp Đồng này sẽ chỉ có giá trị khi các sửa đổi được lập bằng văn bản do các Bên ký chính thức và được Cơ quan Cấp phép phê duyệt nếu cần thiết.
21.2 Hợp Đồng này chứ đựng toàn bộ các cam kết của các Bên trừ khi các Bên có thoả thuận khác.
21.3 Nếu không có bất kỳ sự khác biệt nào giữa các điều khoản của Hợp Đồng này và Điều Lệ, các điều khoản của Hợp Đồng này sẽ được ưu tiên áp dụng.
21.4 Hợp Đồng này được các Bên ký vào ngày nêu trên, được thành lập thành bốn (4) bản gốc bằng tiếng Anh và năm (4) bản gốc bằng tiếng Việt, có giá trị pháp lý như nhay, mỗi Bên giữ một bản của hai ngôn ngữ, một bản nộp cho Cơ quan Cấp phép, một bản lưu tại trụ sở Công ty. Trong trường hợp có tranh chấp, bản tiếng Việt sẽ được ưu tiên sử dụng.
