Tất cả ứng viên phải làm việc 7 ngày trong tuần. Không cần có kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực kinh doanh du lịch nhưng vẫn ưu tiên cho những người có bằng đại học và tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực dịch vụ khách hàng.
