Học bổng Mitsubishi và Quỹ học bổng Tokyo - Mitsubishi một trong những học bổng rất quen thuộc đối với các sinh viên trong các trường Đại học trên toàn quốc. Học bổng mang lại rất nhiều niềm vui, niềm hi vọng tiếp thêm động lực vươn tới ước mơ của sinh viên Việt Nam. Không những thế, việc làm ý nghĩa này đã gắn kết tình cảm giữa hai nước nói chung và các trường Đại học nói riêng. Vinh dự được xét học bổng Mitsubishi, trong bài viết này tôi xin trình bày hiểu biết về hai chủ đề: Học bổng Mitsubishi và Quỹ học bông Tokyo – Mitsubishi.
Học bổng Mitsubishi là chương trình học bổng do Quỹ Ngân hàng Tài chính Thống nhất Nhật Bản – Ngân hàng Tokyo – Mitsubishi ( gọi là học bổng Mitsubishi, Nhật bản) dành cho sinh viên một số trường Đại học ở Việt Nam như Đại học Quốc Gia Hà nội, Đại học Kinh tế Quốc Dân, Đại học Bách Khoa Hà nội, Đại học Quốc Gia Tp Hồ Chí Minh, Đại học Y Hà nội,… Học bổng này dành cho những sinh viên có thành tích học tập toàn năm học đạt từ Giỏi trở lên, đạt kết quả rèn luyện từ loại Tốt trở lên. Đặc biệt ưu tiên học bổng cho các bạn tham gia các hoạt động xã hội nghiên cứu khoa học, gia đình có hoàn cảnh khó khăn… Học bổng thường được tổ chức vào giữa học kỳ I của năm học.
Riêng Địa học Quốc Gia Hà nội, mỗi năm học Quỹ học bổng Ngân Hàng Tokyo- Mitsubishi dành 42 xuất cho các bạn sinh viên thuộc khối Đại học Quốc Gia Hà nội như Đại học Công nghệ, Kinh Tế, Đại Học KHXH và NV, Địa học Ngoại Ngữ (chuyên ngành tiếng Nhật), Đại học Khoa học Tự nhiên, Khoa Luật. Tính đến thời điểm hiện tại Đại học Quốc Gia Hà nội và Quỹ học bổng đã thiết lập quan hệ gần 20 năm trao gần 700 học bổng cho sinh viên, mỗi suất học bổng trị giá là 310 USD/năm học /sinh viên.
Quỹ Ngân hàng Tài chính Thống nhất Nhật Bản – Ngân hàng Tokyo – Mitsubishi hay gọi tắt là Quỹ học bổng Tokyo – Mitsubishi đã tài trợ Học bổng Mitsubishi cho sinh viên có đủ tiêu chuẩn trong một số trường Đại học. Với vị thế là một trong những tập đoàn tài chính hàng đầu của Nhật Bản và thế giới, hàng năm, ngân hàng Tokyo Mitsubishi thông qua quỹ Tokyo Mitsubishi UFJ đã tham gia rất tích cực vào sự phát triển của xã hội.
Quỹ học bổng Tokyo Mitsubishi UFJ đã có những sự phối hợp cộng tác hết sức chặt chẽ và bền vững với các trường Đại học nói chung và Đại học Quốc gia nói riêng trong nhiều năm qua. Điều này đã góp phần khích lệ tinh thần sinh viên, đồng thời mở ra những cơ hội để sinh viên có điều kiện phấn đấu và rèn luyện. Qua đó đóng góp vào sự phát triển chung của các trường Đại học .
Quỹ học bổng Tokyo – Mitsubishi và Học bổng Mitsubishi đã đồng hành sinh viên các trường đại học ở Việt Nam trong một thời gian dài, giúp sinh viên Việt Nam có cơ hội được được thỏa mãn hoài bão của mình, giúp họ nuôi dưỡng khát khao, đam mê và không ngừng sáng tạo. Tôi hy vọng, trong tương lai, quỹ học bổng này tiếp tục đồng hành cùng sinh viên các trường đại học.
