2. Cung cấp đầy đủ chứng từ hợp lệ và chính xác có liên quan đến lô hàng hóa.
3. Chịu trách nhiệm về mặt hợp pháp của lô hàng.
4. Trong quá trình Bên B làm thủ tục Hải quan, nếu Hải quan yêu cầu cung cấp thêm các tài liệu, giấy tờ cần thiết khác ngoài bộ chứng từ Bên B đã nhận từ Bên A liên quan đến việc nhập khẩu lô hàng trên thì Bên A có trách nhiệm cung cấp nhanh chóng, kịp thời để Bên B đáp ứng yêu cầu của Hải quan. Nếu Bên A không cung cấp kịp thời thì thời gian chờ đợi không tính vào thời gian làm hàng của Bên B.
