Công ty Cổ phần Hàng không VietJet (Vietjet Aviation Joint Stock Company), hoạt động với tên VietJet Air, là hãng hàng không tư nhân đầu tiên của Việt Nam, có trụ sở chính tại Sân bay Quốc tế Tân Sơn Nhất Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh và chi nhánh tại Sân bay Quốc tế Nội Bài Hà Nội. Ngày 12 tháng 5 năm 2013, VietJetAir ký thoả thuận nguyên tắc với hãng sản xuất máy bay Airbus đặt hàng tổng cộng 100 máy bay các loại dành cho VietJetAir, trong đó có 62 chiếc đặt mua, 30 chiếc là quyền mua thêm và 8 chiếc thuê với thời gian nhận hàng đến 2022 với tổng giá trị giao dịch theo biểu giá của nhà sản xuất khoảng 9,1 tỷ USD.[1]
