Chương trình Ford Grants tài trợ cho các dự án bảo vệ môi trường và gìn giữ di sản văn hóa của Ford Motor là một trong những chương trình tài trợ lớn nhất trên toàn cầu, được khởi động từ năm 1983 và tính đến nay có hơn 120.000 cá nhân và tổ chức tại hơn 60 nước tham gia. Tại Việt Nam, đây là năm thứ 7 liên tiếp chương trình được thực hiện với tổng số tiền tài trợ trong thời gian qua đã lên tới 280.000 USD và kể từ năm 2000, 64 dự án trên hơn 20 tỉnh, thành trong cả nước đã được nhận tài trợ. Năm 2006, Ford Việt nam tiếp tục mở rộng cơ hội cho các dự án vừa và nhỏ của cá nhân, tổ chức mong muốn biến ý tưởng của mình thành giải pháp hữu ích cho sự phát triển bền vững các giá trị về văn hóa và môi trường tại Việt Nam.
