Chương 2 sẽ giới thiệu về Ngân hàng TMcp Đầu tư và Phát triển Việt Nam nói chung và BIDV – Chi nhánh Tây Ninh nói riêng, đồng thời trình bày tình hình hoạt động kinh doanh thực tế trên cơ sở số liệu từ báo cáo kinh doanh năm 2013 – 2015 và đưa ra những ưu điểm cũng như những hạn chế của BIDV – Chi nhánh Tây Ninh.
