Dây truyền và hệ thống thiết bị máy móc của dự án thuộc Danh mục công nghệ cao, cái mà được ưu tiên phát triển tại Quyết định số 66/2014/QĐ-TTg ngày 25/11/2014 phụ lục I mục 18 thuộc nhóm “ Công nghệ thiết kế, chế tạo các cơ cấu chấp hành, các bộ điều khiển và giám sát tự động cho các hệ thống thiết bị đồng bộ trong các nhà máy lọc hóa dầu, nhà máy điện, nhà máy xi măng, dây truyền sản xuất thực phẩm, dược phẩm, phân bón, chế biến nông, lâm, thủy, hải sản và công trình thủy “;
