- Tiếp tục vận hành hiệu quả khu chôn lấp chất thải công nghệ cao, góp phần giải quyết lượng CTRSH phát sinh khi Bãi chôn lấp Phước Hiệp đóng cửa trong tương lai. Quá trình tiếp nhận và xử lý triệt để không gây ra tác động đối với môi trường đất, nước, không khí, hệ động thực vật khu vực cũng như sức khỏe người dân xung quanh;
- Tiếp tục mục tiêu phát triển một khu liên hợp xử lý chất thải và các hoạt động liên quan thành mô hình tiêu biểu cho các khu vực khác ở Việt Nam.
