Thông tư 139/2016/TT-BTC của Bộ Tài

Thông tư 139/2016/TT-BTC của Bộ Tài Chính đã được đưa ra để hướng dẫn chi tiết, cụ thể là việc miễn tiền sử dụng đất (“TSDĐ”) , tiền thuê đất, hoàn trả lại hoặc khấu trừ vào nghĩa vụ tài chính cho chủ đầu tư khi đầu tư xây dựng NOXH bằng cách quy định tách rời bằng hai điều khoản khác nhau. Cụ thể như sau:
