Nhựa thô sau khi được mang đến sẽ được phơi nắng cho khô nước. Sau khi khô sẽ tiến hành sàn lọc để bắt đầu quy trình sản xuất.
Chỉ và hạt màu được trữ ở kho, hạt màu được đóng bao theo từng màu và đặt ở từng khu vực riêng trong kho để có thể phân biệt cũng như kiểm soát lượng hạt màu tồn kho ở mỗi loại màu.
Nhận xét: Việc bố trí vị trí kho cũng như vị trí nguyên vật liệu trong kho được thiết kế sao cho thuận tiện cho quy trình sản xuất cũng như quản lý tồn kho.
