Châu Đốc là một thành phố trực thuộc tỉnh An Giang, Việt Nam, nằm ở đồng bằng sông Cửu Long, sát biên giới Việt Nam với Campuchia. Châu Đốc là thành phố đầu tiên ở Đồng bằng sông Cửu Long không phải là tỉnh lỵ của một tỉnh vào thời điểm hiện nay. Tuy nhiên, Châu Đốc lại từng là tỉnh lỵ của tỉnh Châu Đốc cũ vào thời Pháp thuộc. Châu Đốc lại là lỵ sở của toàn bộ tỉnh An Giang vào thời nhà Nguyễn độc lập.
