nếu bên nào vi phạm hợp đông và gây thiệt hại cho quyền lợi của bên kia thì phải chịu trách nhiệm bồi thường theo quy định của pháp luật hiện hành.
Việc xác định mức độ thiệt hại do hai bên tự thỏa thuận hoặc theo quy định của pháp luật.
Mọi tranh chấp phát sinh từ hoặc liên quan đến hợp đồng này sẽ được giải quyết tại Trung tâm Trọng tại quốc tế Việt Nam bên cạnh phòng Thương mại và Công nghiệp Việt Nam chi nhánh Hồ Chí Minh theo quy tắc tố tụng trọng tài của trung tâm này.
Hợp đồng này được xem là đã thanh lý khi hết hạn hợp đồng và hai bên đã hoàn thành đầy đủ nghĩa vụ cam kết trong hợp đồng.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

this contract is considered to be liquidated when the contract expired and the two sides have fulfilled obligations in contractual commitments.
