Nếu Nhà thầu không nộp bản vẽ hoàn

Nếu Nhà thầu không nộp bản vẽ hoàn công hoặc hướng dẫn vận hành vào ngày quy định tại ĐKCT hoặc các tài liệu này không được Chủ đầu tư chấp nhận, Chủ đầu tư sẽ giữ lại số tiền quy định tại ĐKCT từ khoản thanh toán đến hạn cho Nhà thầu.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

If the contractor does not submit the completed drawings or instructions operate on specified in ĐKCT or the materials were not the owner accepted, the owner will retain the money specified in ĐKCT from payments due to the contractor.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

If the Contractor fails to submit completion drawings or operating instructions on the date specified in this document Can Tho general or the investor is not accepted, the Employer shall retain the provisions in Can Tho general amount of payments to due to the contractor.
