Bên B cam kết sẽ dừng hoạt động tại Phần Diện Tích Ngoài Trời và trả lại nguyên trạng Phần Diện Tích Ngoài Trời tại bất kỳ thời điểm nào khi bên thứ ba khiếu nại hoặc cơ quan có thẩm quyền yêu cầu dừng hoạt động. Để làm rõ, Bên A không phải thanh toán cho Bên B bất kỳ khoản chi phí và/hoặc bồi thường nào liên quan đến việc Bên B dừng hoạt động và hoàn trả Phần diện tích ngoài trời như nêu tại Điều này.
