Thông qua chương trình phối hợp, đã xây dựng được 4 mô hình THT, HTX phát triển hiệu quả gồm: THT dệt thổ cẩm Đhrồông, THT DLCĐ BhờHồông HTX nông lâm nghiệp Mà Coih (huyện Đông Giang) THT DLCĐ Mỹ Sơn (huyện Duy Xuyên).

Phối hợp với tổ chức Socodevi.
Trung tâm đã phối hợp với tổ chức Socodevi tổ chức thành công 19 khóa tập huấn trong khuôn khổ hợp tác giai đoạn 2015-2016 như: Kỹ năng giảng dạy cho người lớn tuổi, nâng cao nhận thức về bình đẳng giới, sử dụng dịch vụ của HTX để phát triển kinh tế hộ, …, cho các đối tượng là cán bộ Liên minh, Liên hiệp, Ban quản lý 04 HTX kiểu mẫu và một số HTX thành viên trên địa bản tỉnh; Thu thập thông tin của 80 HTX trên địa bàn tỉnh để nhập vào phần mềm Performcoop.

Tổ chức thành công 06 khóa tập huấn bao gồm: 02 khóa “Tuyên truyền thành lập HTX và Luật HTX năm 2012”, 02 đợt tư vấn xây dựng phương án KD, Điều lệ, hồ sơ, thủ tục cho người dân trồng mây tại huyện Nam Giang, qua đó đã thành lập được HTX nông, lâm, nghiệp MaCoih, hoạt động về lĩnh vực mây tre, sản xuất, chế biến nông sản tại xã MaCoih, huyện Đông Giang.
Tổ chức 02 khóa tập huấn về kỹ năng Quản lý điều hành, lập kế hoạch kinh doanh và tiếp thị cho thành viên HTX nông, lâm, nghiệp MaCoih đồng thời hỗ trợ HTX xây dựng kế hoạch triển khai vườn ươm mây, kết nối công ty, hỗ trợ liên kết thị trường tiêu thụ mây nguyên liệu.

Phối hợp với tổ chức Agriterra(Hà Lan)
- Tổ chức hoạt động đánh giá HTX Điện Quang về Ban lãnh đạo và các thành viên HTX và tìm hiểu sâu hơn về các hoạt động thực tế của HTX ,sau 6 ngày làm việc đã cho ra một báo cáo đánh giá nội bộ của HTX hoàn chỉnh và đưa ra khuyến nghị bắt đầu thiết lập đối tác giữa Agriterra(Hà Lan) và HTX Điện Quang.
