Sau một thời gian theo dõi, khách hàng đã thông báo với chúng tôi hiện vẫn còn lỗi báo WAF Policy Blocked. Tôi xin mô tả lại diễn biến lỗi đến lúc này như sau để bạn thuận tiện trong việc hỗ trợ:
Người dùng login vào trang https://ebanking.scb.com.vn/B001/internet bình thường
Sau khoảng 15 phút không thao tác gì, xuất hiện thông báo lỗi như file đính kèm. Lẽ ra phải hiện trạng báo time out và phiên làm việc kết thúc như thường lệ (xem file đính kèm).
Nhờ các bạn gửi giúp tôi phiên gotomeeting để phối hợp tiếp tục kiểm tra và fix lỗi này giúp khách hàng.
