đặc biệt là các lớp dành cho đối tượng là người hồi gia sau cai và người thân cuả họ đã thực sự tạo sự chuyển biến về nhận thức và hành động của các cấp, các ngành, các đoàn thể và nhân dânđối với người hồi gia. giúp người hồi gia có cái nhìn tốt hơn về cuộc sống, giúp họ thay đổi hành vi, cải thiện mối quan hệ với gia đình và xã hội, tạo điều kiện giúp cho các đối tượng này dễ dàng tái hòa nhập cộng đồng thông qua định hướng dạy nghề và giới thiệu việc việc làm cho họ. sau khi tập huấn, trung tâm học tập cộng đồng đã phối hợp với trung tâm dạy nghề quận dạy nghề miễn phí, giới thiệu việc làm. 14/49 người hồi gia và người thân nhân đã đăng ký học sửa chữa điện thoại, di động, sửa chữa lắp đặt điện gia dụng,cắt uốn tóc nam nữ. uỷ ban nhân dân phường đã giới thiệu cho các anh chị hồi gia có công việc ổn định từ các quán ăn, quán cà phê trên địa bàn. đến nay các anh chị hồi gia đã tự nguyện tham gia sinh hoạt định kỳ hàng tháng trong câu lạc bộ "sống có trách nhiệm" do ủy ban nhân dân phường thành lập để cùng gặp gỡ trao đổi chia sẻ với nhau, cùng động viên nhau sống tốt, sống có ích. đây là một trong những mô hình đạt hiệu qủa cao cuả trung tâm học tập cộng đồng.
