Về việc rà soát, sửa cảnh báo AC-V1

Căn cứ vào tình hình thực tế quyết toán xăng dầu cho các trạm có điện lưới hàng tháng;
Xét đề nghị của các Phòng, ban chức năng;
Tổng Giám Đốc công ty Natcom chỉ thị các Chi nhánh tỉnh và các Phòng ban thực hiện những nội dung sau:
I. Các Chi nhánh tỉnh.
1. Thực hiện sửa và test cảnh báo chạy máy phát điện đối với các trạm có điện lưới và đã gắn bộ AC_V1, chi tiết danh sách trạm như phụ lục đính kèm. Hoàn thành xong trước ngày 31/12/2013.
2. Báo cáo việc hoàn thành công việc (scan bản cứng có đầy đủ chữ ký của Trưởng/Phó GĐCN) tại từng trạm về Phòng Cơ điện và Phòng NOC. Hoàn thành xong trước ngày 31/12/2013.
II. Phòng Kỹ thuật khai thác.
1. Phối hợp với các chi nhánh tỉnh thực hiện khai báo cảnh báo mất điện lưới (AC off) và cảnh báo chạy máy phát điện (Generator run) lên hệ thống.

2. Phối hợp với phòng Cơ điện để khiểm tra đối soát số liệu của các Chi nhánh tỉnh.
III. Phòng Tài chính.
Thực hiện việc không quyết toán xăng dầu cho những trạm không thực hiện việc khai báo đấu nối cảnh báo AC-V1 theo danh sách mà P.Cơ điện gửi qua.
IV. Phòng Cơ điện.
1. Phối hợp, hướng dẫn các chi nhánh trong quá trình thực hiện.

V. Chế tài:
