Pháp luật của Việt Nam cũng tương tự như pháp luật của Nhật Bản khi quy định: nếu thành phần công thức của sản phẩm bị thay đổi, thì sản phẩm mỹ phẩm đó được coi là 1 sản phẩm mới, và phải thực hiện thủ tục đăng ký mỹ phẩm lại từ đầu.

Do đó, tôi yêu cầu ông chuẩn bị các giấy tờ của sản phẩm KAWAII ESSENCE AI giống như trước ông đã chuẩn bị cho sản phẩm HEARTFUL ESSENCE AI.

Tôi gửi lại phản hồi trong file đính kèm dưới đây.

Ngoài ra, để công bố 01 sản phẩm mỹ phẩm, tổng phí sẽ giống như trước đây thực hiện đối với sản phẩm HEARTFUL ESSENCE AI

- Phí dịch vụ: 250 USD (5.625.000 VNĐ)
- Lệ phí nhà nước: 500.000 VNĐ
Tổng phí: 6.125.000 VNĐ

Luật Trí Minh và Thanks Ai Việt Nam (Mr Jakie) sẽ thực hiện ký kết 01 hợp đồng mới và thanh toán theo hợp đồng dịch vụ và bảng kê phí tôi gửi kèm dưới đây.

Vietnam's law is similar to the Japanese law as defined: if components of the product formula is changed, the cosmetic product is regarded as one of new products, and to perform cosmetic procedures to register all over again.

So I asked him to prepare the papers of AI products Kawaii ESSENCE like before he was prepared for the heartful ESSENCE AI.
