Một khảo sát mới đây tại TP.HCM cho thấy, tình trạng thiếu hụt trầm trọng lao động có trình độ cao đứng đầu là trong ngành công nghiệp, 67% doanh nghiệp trong lĩnh vực này cho rằng họ không được đáp ứng nhu cầu về cán bộ quản lý. Tiếp đến là lĩnh vực dịch vụ, với 51% số DN được hỏi cho biết thiếu cán bộ quản lý có chất lượng.
