Tôi viết thư này để than phiền về chất lượng đồ ăn của khách sạn. Chúng tôi chỉ ăn tại ks vào ngày thứ 7 và có 5 người bị ngộ độc. Chúng tôi đã yêu cầu khách sạn có lời giải trình về vấn đề này nhưng lời giải trình của bếp phó khiến chúng tôi không hài lòng.Chuyện này rất qaun trọng, nên mong bên khách sạn có cách giải quyết hoặc lời giải trình thích hợp với chúng tôi.
