Thương hiệu cá nhân của tôi chính là sự trách nhiệm. Nó chính là cơ sở để quyết định bạn có thành công ở bất ký lĩnh vực nào. Hiện nay, rất nhiều trường hợp, khi họ không thành công ở một lĩnh vực gì đó, họ lấy lý do rằng tôi không thích công việc đó. Tuy nhiên, đối với tôi, nó là 1 quan niệm sai lầm, có thể bạn không được làm công việc mà bạn yêu thích, nhưng nếu bạn tạo cho mình trách nhiệm đối với bản thân, trách nhiệm đối với công việc, thì dù sao đi nữa, bạn vẫn hoàn thành công việc đúng với năng lực của bạn. Tâm huyết, sự đam mê chỉ là động lực để giúp bạn tiến xa hơn chuyên môn trong lĩnh vực yêu thích của bạn.
Mục tiêu của tôi trong tương lai chính là trở thành 1 nhà quản lý dự án. Và để làm được điều đó, với kinh nghiệm làm việc nhóm trong nhiều năm ở Đại học và ở công ty mà tôi thực tập, tính trách nhiệm khiến tôi đặt lên hàng đầu. Nó sẽ là thang đo giá trị nhất khi bạn được nhận bất cứ công việc gì, nó không chỉ thể hiện qua kết quả bên ngoài mà còn là phương tiện đánh giá đạo đức của bạn ở bên trong. Nó sẽ giúp tôi hoàn thành bất cứ khó khăn nào, vì nó chính là thương hiệu của tôi.
