Thí nghiệm gồm 2 yếu tố được bố trí theo kiểu lô phụ, 3 lần lặp lại, với lô chính là phân hữu cơ bón gốc (3 loại: phân bò ủ, Houjou, Mekong), lô phụ là phân bón lá (4 loại: Đầu trâu 005, Super Humix, FBT555, BCF).
