1. MỤC ĐÍCH
Nhằm duy trì chất lượng của thuốc thử, hóa chất xét nghiệm để việc hoạt động của các thiết bị, máy móc được liên tục; tạo điều kiện tối ưu, hạn chế mức thấp nhất những sai sót có thể xảy ra để đưa ra kết quả xét nghiệm đáng tin cậy.
Nhằm đảm bảo chất lượng của các chế phẩm máu (Hồng cầu lắng, Huyết tương đông lạnh, Kết tủa lạnh, Tiểu cầu đậm đặc, Tiểu cầu Pool…) kịp thời cung cấp kịp thời cho Lâm sàng.
2. PHẠM VI ÁP DỤNG
Áp dụng tại Khoa Huyết học truyền máu – Bệnh viện Quận Thủ Đức.

- Hướng dẫn sử dụng kèm theo hóa chất của nhà sản xuất.
7. NỘI DUNG
7.1. Bảo quản thiết bị
Các máy móc, thiết bị được bảo quản ở nhiệt độ phòng (260C – 280C).
Rửa máy hằng ngày: 2 lần, sáng và chiều do người trực thực hiện.
Bảo trì định kỳ: Hàng tuần, hàng tháng do kỹ sư thực hiện.
Trường hợp đột xuất: Rửa máy theo quy trình, gọi kỹ sư.
7.2. Thuốc thử, hóa chất
Các hóa chất sử dụng cho máy huyết học: Bảo quản ở nhiệt độ phòng (260C – 280C).
Hóa chất sử dụng cho máy đông máu:
- HemoStat aPTT-EL: Bảo quản ở ngăn mát tủ lạnh (20C – 80C).
- HemoStat Thromboplastin-SI: Bảo quản ở ngăn mát tủ lạnh (20C – 80C).
- HemoStat Fibrinogen: Bảo quản ở ngăn mát tủ lạnh (20C – 80C).
- Kaolin: Bảo quản ở ngăn mát tủ lạnh (20C – 80C).
- Thrombolyzer: Bảo quản ở ngăn mát tủ lạnh (20C – 80C).
Hóa chất, thuốc thử dùng trong xét nghiệm nhóm máu:
- Anti A, Anti B, Anti AB, Anti D: Bảo quản ở ngăn mát tủ lạnh (20C – 80C).
Hóa chất, thuốc thử dùng trong xét nghiệm truyền máu:
- Anti Human Globulin: Bảo quản ở ngăn mát tủ lạnh (20C – 80C).
Hóa chất, thuốc thử dùng trong xét nghiệm gelcard: Bảo quản ở ngăn mát tủ lạnh (20C – 80C), bao gồm các hóa chất, thuốc thử sau:
- DG gel Confirm P A/B/D/Ctrl;
- DG gel Confirm Coombs;
- Dung dịch DG gel sol.
Hóa chất, thuốc thử dùng trong xét nghiệm điện di: Bảo quản ở ngăn mát tủ lạnh (20C – 80C), bao gồm các hóa chất, thuốc thử sau:
- Minicap Hemoglobin Tampon/ buffer;
- Minicap Hemoglobin hemolysin;
- Wash solution.
Các loại test:
- Dengue Test: Bảo quản ở nhiệt độ phòng.
- Test sốt rét: Bảo quản ở nhiệt độ phòng.
- HP Test: Bảo quản ở nhiệt độ phòng.
- Test HIV: Bảo quản ở nhiệt độ phòng.
- Test VDRL: Bảo quản ở nhiệt độ phòng.
Các loại hóa chất khác:
- Thuốc nhuộm Giemsa: Bảo quản ở nhiệt độ phòng.
- Cồn 99.50: Bảo quản ở nhiệt độ phòng.
- Dung dịch BCB: Bảo quản ở nhiệt độ phòng.
- Dầu soi kính: Bảo quản ở nhiệt độ phòng.
- Xylene: Bảo quản ở nhiệt độ phòng.
- Nước muối sinh lý: Bảo quản ở nhiệt độ phòng.
7.3. Các chế phẩm máu
- Hồng cầu lắng: Bảo quản trong tủ lạnh chuyên biệt (2oC-6oC).
- Huyết tương đông lạnh: Bảo quản trong tủ lạnh âm (< -25 oC).
- Kết tủa lạnh: Bảo quản trong tủ lạnh âm (< -25 oC).
- Tiểu cầu đậm đặc, Tiểu cầu Pool: Bảo quản ở nhiệt độ phòng trên máy lắc liên tục.
