Đối với công ty sản xuất, chất lượng sản phẩm là một vấn đề rất cần được quan tâm. Hiện nay, công ty đang áp dụng bộ tiêu chuẩn chất lượng ISO 9001: 2008. Trong các phòng ban của công ty, chỉ trừ phòng bảo vệ, phòng y tế và phòng tài chính kế toán, các bộ phận còn lại đều có những mục tiêu chất lượng và những tiêu chí đánh giá chất lượng khác nhau.
