Điều 2. Giải thích từ ngữ
Các từ ngữ trong Thông tư này được hiểu như sau:
1. An toàn lao động trong thi công xây dựng công trình: là hệ thống các biện pháp về tổ chức và quản lý, điều hành trên công trường nhằm cải thiện điều kiện lao động và ngăn chặn tai nạn lao động trong thi công xây dựng công trình.
2. Chủ đầu tư xây dựng công trình: là người sở hữu vốn hoặc người được giao quản lý sử dụng vốn để đầu tư xây dựng công trình.
