- Quyền sở hữu hàng hóa thuộc Bên A khi bên A chưa nhận được đầy đủ tiền thanh toán tương ứng số hàng trên, Bên A có quyền thu hồi hàng hóa, Bên B chịu phí trong việc thu hồi hàng.
