bên cạnh việc có dịp hiểu biết thêm về du lịch, các công tác liên quan đến hoạt động du lịch, thì em cũng đã có cơ hội được trải nghiệm môi trường làm việc tại công ty, làm việc trong phòng Điều hành outbound, nhờ sự giúp đỡ tận tình của các anh, chị trong phòng ban đã giúp em được học hỏi nhiều điều, được trao dồi thêm các kĩ năng, rèn luyện phẩm chất, và đặt biệt là có cơ hội áp dụng các lý thuyết đã học được từ nhà trường vào thực tế cuộc sống. Thông qua việc thực tập mà em càng nhận ra bản thân còn nhiều thiếu sót, do đó cần cải thiện và cố gắng hơn nữa trong việc nâng cao kiến thức chuyên ngành cũng như rèn luyện thêm nhiều kĩ năng cần thiết khác.
