Dear Sir,

WE, NWC INVESTMENTS GROUP – (AUSTRALIA) represented by:
Mr. Alan Farquarson Kt. G.C.
Ms. Ngoc Trang Nguyen
We intent to assistance Vietnam develop the country in the fields of FDI direct investment assets and capital for infrastructure construction and international education development. These fields are specialties of NWC Investments Group (Australia).

We write this Letter of Intent to respectfully request that for the consent of the Prime Minister so we can visit the Prime Minister in Hanoi right in the period from: Monday 23rd May 2016 to 30th May 2016

We would like to meet with you in order to present the plans and potential investment of funds into the two fields present above.

We wish to sign MOU, Notice of Acceptance, Deed of Assignment to the Prime Minister of The Socialist Republic of Vietnam for a selection of Government of Vietnam projects. The State Bank of Vietnam Book Entry with details of ISINS, this will automatically increase the Assets of the country.

We hope our investment funds in supporting these Government approval projects and Development of Vietnam are effectively.
