công việc làm thêm đã giúp tôi rèn luyện được tính kiên nhẫn, bình tĩnh và quản lý thời gian tốt.về tính kiên nhẫn và bình tĩnh, do trong quá trình dạy, học sinh thường xuyên không chú ý nghe giảng và không hiểu những vấn đề dù tôi đã giảng rất nhiều lần nhưng tôi vẫn cố gắng nhẹ nhàng và tạo không khí thoải mái cho buổi học. còn về quản lý thời gian, do tôi vẫn còn đi học mà số buổi đi dạy của tôi là 5-6 buổi/tuần nên tôi phải sắp xếp thật tốt để có thời gian hoàn thành việc học trên lớp nữa.
