Hợp Đồng này có hiệu lực kể từ ngày

Hợp Đồng này có hiệu lực kể từ ngày các Bên ký và lập thành 02 (hai) bản. Bên A giữ 01 (một) bản và Bên B giữ 01 (một) bản có giá trị pháp lý ngang nhau. Hợp Đồng có thời hạn 12 tháng kể từ ngày có hiệu lực và sẽ được tự động gia hạn thêm một thời hạn 12 tháng mỗi khi kết thúc thời hạn 12 tháng liền trước đó trừ khi các Bên có các thỏa thuận khác hoặc Hợp Đồng chấm dứt theo điều 6.2 trên đây. Kể từ ngày chấm dứt Hợp Đồng và các Bên đã hoàn tất các nghĩa vụ đối với nhau thì Hợp Đồng này mặc nhiên được thanh lý.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

This agreement is effective from the date of the signing parties and formed the 2 (two) copies. A party holding the 01 (a) a and B Side keep 7 (a) a legal value. The contract has a duration of 12 months from the effective date and will be automatically renewed for a term of 12 months each at the end of the time limit of 12 months unless the parties to the agreement or Contract termination under article 6.2 above. From the date of termination of the contract and the parties have completed their obligations with respect to each other, then the contract is liquidated.

This Agreement shall take effect from the date of the Contracting Parties and made in 02 (two) copies. Party A 01 (a) publication and party B 01 (a) copies with equal legal value. Contract with a term of 12 months from the effective date and will be automatically extended for a period of 12 months at the end of each 12-month period immediately preceding that unless the parties have agreed otherwise or dots Agreement finish under 6.2 above. From the date of termination of the Agreement and the Parties have completed all their obligations to each other, then this Agreement shall be automatically liquidated.
