Phát biểu tại buổi tiếp, Phó Thủ tướng Trịnh Đình Dũng chào mừng Hoàng tử Brunei cùng các nhà đầu tư lớn, có uy tín đến khảo sát, tìm hiểu cơ hội đầu tư tại Việt Nam, đồng thời cho rằng sự có mặt của Hoàng tử trong đoàn doanh nghiệp hôm nay sẽ góp phần thúc đẩy mối quan hệ tốt đẹp giữa Việt Nam và Brunei cũng như mối quan hệ giữa Việt Nam với các nhà đầu tư quốc tế.

Phó Thủ tướng cho biết, trong giai đoạn phát triển hiện nay, Việt Nam rất cần các nguồn lực đầu tư cho tăng trưởng kinh tế, đặc biệt là nguồn lực từ các nhà đầu tư nước ngoài.
