Trừ trường hợp bất khả kháng, nếu bên A chậm trễ trong việc bàn giao hàng hóa mà nguyên nhân hoàn toàn do bên A (kể cả do sơ suất hoa65c do bất kỳ tình huống nào khác không thuộc điều khoảng bất khả kháng) thì bên A phải chịu phạt do chậm trễ trong việc giao hàng mội ngày là 1%

Except for cases of force majeure, if the A delay in the delivery of goods that cause entirely by Party A (including negligence hoa65c by any other situations that do not belong around majeure), the party A fine shall be imposed for delay in delivery each day is 1%
