11.2.3 Nếu Bên Bán giao hàng không

11.2.3 Nếu Bên Bán giao hàng không đúng chất lượng đã quy định trong Hợp đồng và/hoặc Đơn hàng, Bên Bán sẽ chịu mức phạt hoặc bồi thường thiệt hại bằng tám phần trăm (8%) tổng giá trị phần hàng hóa vi phạm. Hoặc Bên Mua có quyền rút Bảo lãnh thực hiện hợp đồng/Bảo lãnh tạm ứng/Bảo lãnh bảo hành theo Điều 8.

11.2.3 If the seller is not the correct delivery of the quality specified in contract and/or the order, the seller will incur fines or compensation equal to eight percent (8%) of the total value of goods infringing section. Or the buyer has the right to withdraw the guarantees made contract/guarantee/warranty guarantee advance under article 8.

11.2.3 If the Seller does not conform to the quality of delivery specified in the Contract and / or Order, the Seller will be subject to a fine or compensation for damages by eight percent (8%) of the total value of those goods violation. Or the Purchaser has the right to withdraw the contract performance guarantee / advance guarantee / warranty guarantees under Article 8.
