Kính thưa ông Trương Văn Dư – Phó hiệu trưởng trường THCS Thành Đông, kính thưa ông Trần Huy Vũ – chuyên viên Phòng Giáo Dục Đào tạo Bình Tân, kính thưa quí thầy cô GV dạy Tiếng Anh thuộc các trường trong Huyện Bình Tân, hôm nay được sự phân công của phòng GD, Tổ Ngoại Ngữ trường THCS Thành Đông tiến hành tổ chức hội thi “Hùng Biện Tiếng Anh” năm học 2013-2014 với mục đích:
+Đẩy mạnh phong trào nói Tiếng Anh và học Tiếng Anh trong nhà trường phổ thông
+Tạo điều kiện cho học sinh có môi trường để trao đổi, học hỏi, trau dồi tiếng Anh theo từng chủ điểm đã học để ứng dụng vào cuộc sống hằng ngày.
+ Góp phần phát triển kỹ năng nghe, nói tiếng Anh và khả năng tư duy cho học sinh.
+ Tạo động lực để học sinh hứng thú và yêu thích môn học
+ Tạo cho học sinh một sân chơi bổ ích và lý thú giúp học sinh nâng cao tính tự tin mạnh dạn khi giao tiếp bằng tiếng Anh.
+ Nhằm tạo cơ hội để các trường THCS giao lưu, trao đổi kinh nghiệm dạy và học tiếng Anh, kinh nghiệm tổ chức các hoạt động ngoại khóa, nâng cao chất lượng giảng dạy tiếng Anh, đặc biệt là kỹ năng nghe và nói. Đó là lý do của buổi họp mặt hôm nay.
