Về tình hình thực hiện Dự án Phát triển cộng đồng dựa vào du lịch
tại đảo Lý Sơn – Quảng Ngãi

Căn cứ Công văn số: 129B/2015, ngày 01/09/2015 của Đại sứ quán Luxembourg – Văn phòng Hợp tác và Phát triển, về việc thống nhất tài trợ cho Trung tâm GDNN – GDTX huyện Lý Sơn thực hiện Dự án Phát triển cộng đồng dựa vào du lịch tại đảo Lý Sơn – Quảng Ngãi.
Căn cứ Quyết định số: 2446/QĐ – UBND, ngày 31/12/2015,của UBND tỉnh Quảng Ngãi về việc phê duyệt Dự án Phát triển cộng đồng dựa vào du lịch tại đảo Lý Sơn; Cơ quan chủ quản là UBND huyện Lý Sơn, cơ quan thực hiện là Trung tâm GDNN – GDTX huyện Lý Sơn.
Theo nội dung các văn bản trên, thời gian thực hiện Dự án từ tháng 10/2015 đến tháng 09/2016. Trong thời gian qua, UBND huyện Lý Sơn đã chỉ đạo Trung tâm GDNN – GDTX huyện khẩn trương triển khai thực hiện Dự án theo kế hoạch. Tuy nhiên quá trình triển khai, Trung tâm gặp một số khó khăn:
+ Do địa bàn cách trở, thời gian triển khai Dự án vào mùa biển động, nên đi lại khó khăn, việc liên kết với các cơ sở dạy nghề khó khăn.
+ Do Trung tâm không có giáo viên cơ hữu để tiến hành giảng dạy các nội dung của Dự án, phải hợp đồng với Trường Đại học Yersin Đà Lạt để giảng dạy, việc thực hiện hợp đồng của giảng viên Trường Đại học Yersin cũng bị chậm trễ.
+ Việc đăng ký học của nhân dân chậm so với thông báo tuyển sinh của Trung tâm.
Hiện nay Dự án đã triển khai gói công việc số 1, số 2; đang chuẩn bị triển khai các gói công việc còn lại, dự kiến đến ngày 15/01/2017 hoàn thành toàn bộ Dự án.
Với những khó khăn và tình hình thực hiện Dự án như đã nêu trên, kính mong Văn phòng Hợp tác và Phát triển của Đại sứ quán Luxembourg quan tâm giúp đỡ, cho phép kéo dài thời gian thực hiện Dự án đến ngày 15/01/2017.
