- Bên Bán đảm bảo các tiêu chuẩn ch

- Bên Bán đảm bảo các tiêu chuẩn chất lượng của sơn khi sơn vẫn đang còn hạn sử dụng. Hạn sử dụng sơn: 12 tháng kể từ ngày sản xuất.
- Trong suốt quá trình sử dụng nếu Bên Mua phát hiện hàng hóa không đạt chất lượng, trong vòng 03-05 ngày kể từ ngày kể từ xác nhận kết quả kiểm tra mẫu sơn thử và nhận được thông báo của Bên Mua, Bên Bán phải có trách nhiệm đổi lại lượng hàng hóa này cho Bên Mua. Ngoài ra Bên Bán phải bồi thường thiệt hại cho Bên Mua (nếu có). Toàn bộ chi phí phát sinh trong quá trình đổi, trả hàng hóa do không đúng chất lượng như cam kết do Bên Bán chịu.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

Limit use of paint: 12 months from date of production. -During use, if the buyer discovered the goods quality, within 3-5 days from the confirmation of the test results of samples of paint to try and get notification of the buyer, the seller should be responsible for this cargo back to the buyer. In addition the seller must give the buyer damages (if any). The full costs incurred in the process of change, charged the goods due to improper quality as committed by the seller.

- Vendor ensure quality standards of paint when the paint is still limited use. Term use of paint: 12 months from date of manufacture.
- During use, if the Purchaser detect substandard goods, within 03-05 days after confirming the results of sample testing paint try and get notified by the Buyer, the Seller shall have this exchange of goods to the Purchaser. In addition the Seller must pay damages to the Purchaser (if any). All costs incurred in the process of change, to pay for goods due to improper quality as committed by the Seller subject.
