Đồng thời, chính điều đó sẽ đóng góp vào những yếu tố văn hóa như văn hóa giao tiếp, văn hóa giáo dục.... của một quốc gia.Nếu một quốc gia không được điều chỉnh bởi hệ thống pháp luật thì sẽ rất nguy hiểm.
