Nhằm giúp các doanh nghiệp dệt may và các cơ quan hữu trách có thêm thông tin, Hiệp hội đã tiến hành chương trình khảo sát và nghiên cứu ngành dệt may năm 2013. Với tầm quan trọng đặc biệt của vấn đề, nhiều chuyên gia, lãnh đạo chính quyền địa phương, lãnh đạo các chi hội, các doanh nghiệp, các cơ quan thông tấn, đối tác trên cả nước đã tích cực ủng hộ, hợp tác, giúp đỡ và trực tiếp tham gia chương trình khảo sát.
