The study was published in the British medical journal, was based on a study of 487,000 Chinese, aged 30 to 79.Each participant was asked about health and eating habits in General, and then watched throughout seven years later, during which time the 20,224 people of them were fatal.The researchers found that people who eat more spicy every one or two days are less likely to be fatal than those who ate it less than once a week.Regularly eat foods that are more spicy was believed to help reduce the risk of death due to cancer, heart disease and respiratory problems.The authors stressed that they only look at results by extensive statistical data, and does not yet have an exact match in each specific case here at all.But they cited previous research indicating capsaicin in Chili Peppers are likely resistant to obesity, cancer and other diseases.
