1. 1. Giá trị hợp đồng (tạm tính) là: 48.453.900 VNĐ(Bằng chữ: chín mươi tư triệu đồng). (Giá trị đã bao gồm 10% thuế VAT.)2. Đồng tiền dùng thanh toán là: Việt Nam đồng.3. Phương thức thanh toán: chuyển khoản.4. Thời hạn thanh toán : - Bên A thanh toán cho Bên B 100% giá trị lô hàng trong vòng 28 ngày kể từ ngày Bên A nhận đủ hàng và hóa đơn tài chính do bên B phát hành.- Tạm ứng: 50% giá trị hợp đồng sẽ được thanh toán cho bên B ngay sau khi hợp đồng được ký.- Còn lại: 50% giá trị hợp đồng sẽ được thanh toán trong vòng 14 ngày kể từ ngày hoàn tất giao hàng.5.
