Tất cả thành viên trong nhà trường đều là bạn đọc của Thư viện. Bạn đọc cần thực hiện đúng các quy định sau:
1. Vào Thư viện phải giữ gìn trật tự, im lặng và giữ vệ sinh chung.
2. Phải có thẻ bạn đọc mới mượn sách, mỗi lần mượn không quá 3 quyển sách. Thời hạn mượn là 1 tuần, nếu đọc chưa xong, bạn đọc phải đến Thư viện xin gia hạn; chưa trả sách không được mượn tiếp.
3. Báo chí, từ điển, sách quý hiếm chỉ được đọc tại chỗ.
4. Bạn đọc cần giữ gìn sách báo cẩn thận: không làm rách bẩn, không vẽ, viết vào sách báo.
5. Bạn đọc làm mất sách phải đền bù sách mới, hoặc đền bù tiền tương đương với giá trị thực tế. Nếu làm hư hỏng, tuỳ mức độ phải bồi thường thoả đáng.
6. Mỗi học kỳ, nhà trường khen thưởng các bạn đọc thường xuyên và có nhiều đóng góp xây dựng Thư viện.
